Our Building
The Van Lee Condo, standing as the tallest building in Ormond by the Sea at thirteen floors, offers stunning ocean views from every unit! Each of the six units on every floor features east and west facing balconies, allowing residents and guests to relish breathtaking sunsets and sunrises daily. While many full-time residents enjoy the community atmosphere of our building, short-term rentals are also permitted.
Our Amenities
This Van Lee Condo in Ormond by the Sea features two elevators and two stairways for easy access. Enjoy the convenience of an assigned underground parking space along with above ground parking. Take in stunning ocean views from the oceanfront pool, or unwind in the library. Stay fit in the exercise room and sauna, all while benefiting from gated access to a no-drive beach. The owner's club room with kitchen is perfect for gatherings, and an on-site manager is available for assistance. Each unit includes private laundry facilities and access to two trash chutes. Additionally, a backup generator ensures that the elevators and common areas remain operational during outages. The monthly maintenance fee covers water, sewer, basic cable/internet, pest control, and trash pickup.
