Rules & Regulations

All doors shall be properly secured by owners, tenants, or guests when entering or exiting
Shoes and shirts or beach cover-ups are required in lobbies, elevators and restrooms.
Do not enter the building wet

All Common Elements, including the pool deck, and any area within 50 feet of the front entrance, are to be smoke-free.
Extinguish all smoking materials before entering the building or before leaving your unit.
Do not toss cigarettes, cigars, matches, ashes, etc. from balconies or discard same in grass, garden or other areas around building.

All garbage must be securely tied in a plastic bag.
All cardboard boxes must be broken down and carried to the recycling bin.
Plastic carts and a bellman's trolley are in the garage elevator lobby. Return them promptly to the garage elevator lobby.
Moving or delivery of furniture, appliances, etc. shall be through the garage lobby only
Balcony railings (east and west sides) are to be kept free of towels, swimsuits, carpets, etc.
Do not throw anything-including food for birds-from balconies.

The Exercise Room with sauna available daily for use by owners, tenants, guests age 16 years or older
Equipment may not be removed
Loud noise or slamming of equipment on the floor is prohibited
Proper attire is required
Before leaving the Exercise Room:
- Turn off sauna thermostat and timer (dials should be at the "12:00" position)
- Open washroom door and sauna doors for air circulation
- Tidy up washroom area
- Turn off television
- Close window
- Take personal articles with you

There is one underground parking space per unit. Park only in the numbered space that corresponds to your unit number.
Parking deck spaces are available on first-come first-served basis.
Boats or trailers in the underground garage are prohibited. No trucks, commercial vehicles, boats, or trailers shall be parked on the surface parking spaces. They may be parked in the "lay-by" at the north entrance to the parking deck along Hwy A1A.
Auto tag numbers for vehicles will be provided to the manager

Card Room & Club Room/Kitchen available to adult residents age 18 or over, for private social gatherings
Rooms shall not be used after 11:00 p.m.
Reservations are made through the manager.
- Name, Unit #, Purpose, Date/Time, and Number of guests required
- $200 deposit plus $25 nonrefundable cleaning fee
Animals not permitted
Use in conjunction with the pool not permitted
Nothing shall be affixed to walls, ceilings or doors
